Do I need planning permission for an extension or loft conversion?+
Many single storey extensions and loft conversions fall under permitted development, while larger schemes and homes in conservation areas need planning permission. We will advise on the likely route during the free site survey.
Which areas do you cover?+
We are based in Ruislip and work across Hillingdon, Harrow and Three Rivers, including Eastcote, Ickenham, Northwood, Pinner, Uxbridge and Rickmansworth, as well as Gerrards Cross, the Chalfonts, Beaconsfield and Amersham.
