We start with a free, no obligation site survey. Karl visits your home, listens to what you want to achieve and talks through what is realistic for the space and budget. Once drawings are in place, we provide a clear written quotation.
Many single storey extensions fall under permitted development, while larger or double storey schemes usually need planning permission from Hillingdon, Harrow, Three Rivers or Buckinghamshire Council. We can work with your architect or introduce you to designers we know, and every extension is built to meet Building Regulations with inspections at each key stage.
On site, we keep the work tidy and safe. All our tradesmen are health and safety trained, and we are registered with the Environment Agency, so waste is removed responsibly and recycled wherever possible.

Do I need planning permission for a house extension?+
Not always. Many single storey rear extensions can be built under permitted development, provided they meet size and height limits. Double storey and larger side extensions usually need planning permission. We will talk you through the likely route during the site survey.
Can you help with drawings and Building Regulations?+
Yes. We can work with your own architect or put you in touch with designers we work with. Every extension we build is completed to Building Regulations standards and signed off by building control.
Can we stay in the house while the extension is built?+
In most cases, yes. We build the new structure before opening into the existing house, which keeps disruption to a minimum, and we agree working hours and access with you before starting.
