L and K Builders builds new homes and small developments across West London and South Bucks. As an NHBC registered builder established in 1988, we can take a project from an empty plot through to a finished, ready to live in home.

From plot to completion
Every new build begins with understanding the site and what the local planning authority, whether Hillingdon, Harrow, Three Rivers or Buckinghamshire Council, is likely to accept. We help prepare designs and applications that make the most of the plot while respecting the street around it.
Once approved, we produce a detailed works schedule and manage procurement, so materials arrive when they are needed and costs stay under control. Our own experienced tradesmen carry out the build, with specialist contractors brought in where required.
Throughout construction we maintain high standards of site safety, as recognised by our SafeContractor accreditation, and recycle site waste wherever possible as a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency.
